We started EasyPay because getting paid in Sri Lanka was harder than it should be. Card machines came with monthly rentals. Online gateways wanted enterprise paperwork. Booking platforms took a fifth of every reservation. Small businesses — the majority of our economy — were paying the most to get paid.
So we built the tools we wished existed: a QR payment app any shop can set up in an afternoon, an internet payment gateway with one flat fee, and now EasyPay Bookings — so the tourism and service businesses that run this country keep their money and their customers.
